In the 17TH State Level Debate Competition organized by Lokmat times on 5th Sept 2009 SHAMIK MAZUMDAR won the 2nd prize. He was awarded a momento and a cash prize of Rs 1500/-.

In the Interschool Quiz Competion organized at Holy Cross High School, the team of Nath Valley consisting of Rutuparn Dalvi and Kunal Jain of class IX won the 1st Prize.

Nath Valley school won the Aurangabad city finals of Limca Book of Records Quiz 2009 held on 30th June 09.
The young geniuses from the winning school in Aurangabad will now compete with winners from 74 other cities in the semifinals. Around 400 students participated from Aurangabad, out of which 6 schools competed in the city finals. The winning team comprised of Aditya Tiwari of Std. XI and Rutuparn Dalvi of Std. IX.

The investiture ceremony was held to usher in a new Student Council for the academic year 2009-10.
The oath of office was delivered by Principal Sir and Vice Principal Mam.
Their badges were then handed over to the Student Leaders.

Tuesday 16th June 2009
Mr Dass announced the results of the elections. Shikha Machhar of Std. XII Com and Saloni Manwani of Std. XII Sc. were unanimously elected as the school captain and vice captain respectively. Later in the day, the staff sat together to nominate other leaders of the student council.

Monday 15th June 2009
Elections were held for the school captain & vice captain. All students from Std. VI to XII and the teachers of both primary as well as secondary school participated in the elections by casting their votes. The students of Std. IX under the guidance of the teachers of the Social Studies department conducted all the proceedings successfully.

Wednesday 10th June 2009
The school re-opened for the new academic session and the Principal Mr. Dass gave a new theme -: “Reach Greater Heights”, to the staff and students.
